Design and location of new Baldivis Police Station unveiled

• $25.3 million facility to improve emergency response and public safety
• Modern and sustainable design to provide efficient and effective workplace
• Scheduled for practical completion in late 2024

The Western Australian Police Force is set to benefit from a new purpose-built facility after the State Government confirmed the location of the Baldivis Police Station.

With room for 100 full-time staff, the building will incorporate a safe and contemporary custodial area plus dedicated spaces for alcohol testing, finger printing and evidence management.

Designed for optimum efficiency, the station includes extensive solar power capabilities, including battery storage and electric vehicle charging facilities, as well as native waterwise landscaping.

The $25.3 million station is being delivered simultaneously to the Forrestfield Police Station project and when completed will fulfill an election commitment.

Construction is set to commence in October this year with practical completion expected by late 2024.
