SITE Architecture Studio Pty Ltd to design $9.7 million facilities at Scarborough Primary School

Education and Training Minister Sue Ellery has today announced SITE Architecture Studio Pty Ltd has been appointed to design new learning spaces at Scarborough Primary School.
The McGowan Labor Government's $9.7 million redevelopment will include a new roof to existing buildings and construction of a new two-storey teaching block.
The two-storey teaching block will include kindergarten, pre-primary and general learning area classrooms, as well as toilets, storerooms and staff areas.
A new fenced kindergarten and pre-primary outdoor play area also forms part of the project, as well as additional parking for staff, visitors and parents.
The redevelopment will increase the permanent student capacity of the school to 366 students.
Construction is expected to start in August 2022 with completion due by Term 1, 2024.
