World-renowned chefs Curtis Stone and Rick Stein will return to WA for the 2021 Western Australia Gourmet Escape, along with a host of other high-profile culinary masters including Maggie Beer, Colin Fassnidge, Stephanie Alexander and Guy Grossi.

This year's Western Australia Gourmet Escape will run over five days, from November 17 to 21, and feature more than 30 events across multiple venues in Perth, the Swan Valley, Margaret River and newly added location, Rottnest Island.

The program includes Grazie Mille - an Italian feast at Sandalford Wines in the Swan Valley, with Maggie Beer, Stephanie Alexander and Guy Grossi collaborating on a family-style multi-course dinner featuring local Swan Valley produce.

New Perth-based events include Wine, Dine & Disco at the Art Gallery of Western Australia with Curly Haslam-Coates, dameeeela, Emma Farrelly and Rottnest Sunset with Rick Stein and Colin Fassnidge.

Margaret River will once again be a focal point of the food and wine adventures with a program of events that focus on the region's famous wine alongside spectacular scenery, such as the Vineyard Party with Curtis Stone and Guillaume Brahimi.

Signature event and festival favourite, the Gourmet Beach BBQ, will make a return, featuring delectable dishes prepared by Curtis Stone, Guillaume Brahimi and Shannon Martinez.

Once again taking place at the picturesque Castle Rock Beach, this event will showcase the region's culinary delicacies, designed to match the flavours of select locally produced wines.

Other Margaret River gourmet experiences include the Ultimate Dining Series at some of Margaret River's most established venues - Vasse Felix, Voyager Estate, Leeuwin Estate and Cape Lodge, featuring hatted chefs Rick Stein, Guillaume Brahimi and Mark Best.

Western Australia Gourmet Escape is proudly supported by the State Government through Tourism WA's Regional Events Program.

Western Australia Gourmet Escape tickets go on sale at 12pm WST on Thursday, July 22. For full event details, visit http://www.gourmetescape.com.au
