    Energy Minister Bill Johnston today announced six not-for-profit organisations that will be gifted a fully installed rooftop solar panel system from the State Government.

    • Spare Parts Puppet Theatre;
    • Claremont Therapeutic Riding Centre;
    • Second Harvest;
    • Communicare;
    • Rocky Bay; and
    • Foothills Information and Referral Service.

    All eligible entrants will receive a free energy audit from Synergy and advice on how to save on their power bills. More than 150 energy audits have been conducted since the fund began.

    Since 2018, the fund has donated 10 solar systems totalling 165kW to not-for-profit organisations and they have already collectively saved almost $75,000.
