- Nominations open for Youth Week WA 2019 Ambassador and Deputy Ambassador
Western Australia is seeking two creative and enthusiastic young people, aged between 18 and 25 years, to lead Youth Week WA celebrations in April 2019.
Youth Week WA gives young people an opportunity to have fun, have their say and be heard while celebrating the positive contributions young people make to the community.
Youth Week 2019 will include workshops and music, art and sport activities across the State. Nominations are now open for the positions of Youth Week WA Ambassador and Deputy Ambassador.
The Youth Week Ambassador and Deputy Ambassador will work with the planning committee, Propel Youth Arts and the Department of Communities to promote, support and develop creative ideas to get more young people involved in activities during Youth Week.
The appointees will also act as public spokespeople for Youth Week WA in the media and at events.
