Comments attributed to Culture and the Arts Minister David Templeman:
"This is a free festival that is bound to be lively and entertaining, as well as provocative and controversial.
"A number of local and national personalities, big thinkers, activists, academics, artists, scientists, comedians and writers will come together to reflect on the various ways technological advancements impact our modern world.
"I urge community members to disturb their weekend, unsettle their views and disrupt the State Library by joining the discussion panels, engagement activities and workshops, together with exploring the views of the keynote speakers."
