    • Central Regional TAFE's $2.85 million interactive student hub at Geraldton campus officially opened
    • Investment has delivered upgrades to the existing library and online search facilities for job and careers advice

Regional Development Minister Alannah MacTiernan today officially opened Central Regional TAFE's interactive student hub, offering improved learning experiences for more than 500 students who access the facility each day.

Equipped with a 24/7 computing lab, high speed Wi-Fi access, meeting spaces and an upgraded café, the hub is an asset to the greater Geraldton area and promotes engagement in campus life for students and a space for industry collaboration.

The creation of the hub has provided an essential expansion to core library functions to support modern learning.

Smart architectural solutions created a seamless link between the library and the café, two important student socialisation spaces, and the project has been extremely well received by staff and students alike.
