"I am not surprised the Official Corruption Commission, after further independent legal advice, supports the decision of the Police Commissioner and the advice of the Director of Public Prosecutions which exonerates me.
"However, I remain disturbed by the actions of the OCC and others in this matter.
"The very serious questions I raised a week ago touching on the relationship between the OCC and other parties remain unanswered. The nature of revelations by other MPs, following my statement to Parliament, is disturbing and highlights the need for impartiality in these matters.
"These concerns will be addressed when the Government implements the recommendations of the Royal Commission and replaces the OCC next year."
