In response to media inquiries today, Attorney General Joe Berinson said he was aware that the Micklebergs had made public statements today regarding certain evidence in their case.
Mr Berinson said none of the material had been provided to him.
"If and when a formal submission is put to me, it will be given the same thorough consideration as was given to all of their previous submissions," he said.
