- Four-bedroom, two-bathroom home for sale at idyllic Dalyellup Beach Estate
- Located only seven minutes from the entertainment, restaurants and great shopping of Bunbury
- Auction this weekend
The 2015 Regional Telethon Home, south of Bunbury, is now on the market thanks to a joint venture between the State Government and Satterley Property Group.
Located at 70 Gutmann Parkway, Dalyellup, the home is built on land donated by the developers Dalyellup Beach, an incorporated company established by the Housing Authority and Satterley Property Group. Many contractors on the project - including the builder WA Country Homes - donated their services.
Housing Minister Colin Holt said the Dalyellup Beach Estate was an ideal location for the 2015 Regional Telethon Home.
"The estate is located on the coast and features 50 hectares of parks and gardens and 25 kilometres of bikeways and walking trails," Mr Holt said. "It also has its own 150ha section of preserved Tuart Forest."
The home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms and spacious living areas and has been designed to suit its location.
The heart of the home is a gourmet kitchen with a separate, fully appointed scullery. The home accommodates a private adult wing with a master bedroom and private retreat, while the remaining three bedrooms are located in the wing on the opposite side of the home, each with direct access to a central activity room.
Construction started in April of this year and is now complete.
"As a joint venture partner in Dalyellup Beach, the State Government is pleased to support Telethon's long-standing and outstanding work," the Minister said.
"The buyer will not only inherit a stunning new home but help some of Western Australia's most vulnerable children."
- The home is open for inspection from 1pm-5pm this weekend or by appointment with Summit Realty in Bunbury
- It is due to be auctioned on Sunday, October 11, but is for sale prior to auction
